Boston Marathon: Surviving Bombing Suspect Indicted on 30 Counts

A grand jury in the United States, Thursday, indicted 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the surviving suspect of the Boston Marathon bombing, on 30 charges by a grand jury – 17 of which carry life in prison or the death penalty. Tsarnaev was indicted on charges including using a weapon of mass destruction and bombing a place of public use, which resulted in the deaths of three people. United Kingdom Independent newspaper reports that the  charges also cover the death of police officer Sean Collier, whom prosecutors say was fatally shot by Tsarnaev and his brother a few days later.
