Once upon a time, we took all of the employees of a pizza delivery place hostage to make a political statement about something or another. While the employees were locked up in the cooler and our leader was negotiating with the police, my friends and I were bored so we started answering the phones and talking to customers. At first, we tried to just chat with them to pass the time but they refused to believe that we were international terrorists. So instead we decided to just pretend that we were the employees and we ended up fucking with everyone who called us. It was a really great time and helped relieve the stress of being tear gassed and stuff. Below are sound clips from a few of the calls.

30 weeks!!

Unbelievable. I'm 2 days short of 30 weeks and time has flown by.  I am trying to enjoy every second with my little Walkerman(even when he is throwing a tantrum which is becoming more often as he quickly approaches 2).  Keatyn never wants us to forget about her in my tummy so she is moving around and kicking pretty much 24/7.  I love it except at night when I'm trying to get to sleep and she is clearly not very tired.  We're to the point now that you can see my tummy moving around alot so that is cool for Jeffrey.

I am trying to do all kinds of activities with Walker to keep him entertained. On Monday, we went with Gramm and cousins Julia and Emily to Brenham to tour the Blue Bell Factory and eat some ice cream.  We enjoyed it and the kiddos did too.  Here are some photos from that trip.
Walker did NOT want to wear his hat so it took about 324958734 tries to get a pic with all 3 of them wearing a hat

playing with the cow outside the factory...Emily liked her hat, obviously

Last weekend, we took Bubs to Bouncin Bears on Friday night to jump and then we went to the Champions golf tournament on Saturday morning since Walker is so obsessed with golf(it had nothing to do with how much Daddy loves golf, no way). Here are a few pictures from that.

clearly, Walker loved the slides :)

Walker is so much fun so I am trying to soak up all I can before the baby comes. I have this overwhelming fear that I'm going to miss out on stuff with him when I have Keatyn to take care of also. I am just praying that I will be able to figure out how to shower both kiddos with all the love and attention that they deserve.

So we're planning on going to Touch a Truck this weekend, where Walker can sit in fire trucks and police cars and other big trucks.  Since his number 1 obsession lately has been 'tucks,' (golf fell quickly to #2 obsession) I am pretty sure that he will love it. I'm sure I will have a ton of photos from that to post too....

26 week appointment

Well, I had my glucose testing yesterday for gestational diabetes. As I sit here eating these Swedish Fish loaded with sugar, I sure hope that I don't have it :-/

I got to hear Keatyn's heartbeat and it sure sounded good. :) Everything was great so now we just have to decide if we want to do the 4D ultrasound at our next appointment on May 8th. I would love to see that precious little face before she arrives in the real world.

Nothing new going on really, except that I swear my little Walkerman is getting more precious every single day. (I'm sorry, I know I'm that annoying Mom that won't shut up about her cute kid, but he is my world!) Keatyn is kickin up a storm in there all the time, I love it! She is either really into karate or she might be getting a little smooshed in there.

We STILL haven't done anything to her room, and to be completely honest, I don't feel any closer to making any decisions either.  I just can't get motivated, I don't know why. Maybe if it were downstairs and I didn't have to make the (what feels like) 8 mile hike up the stairs, I would get in there and start cleaning her closet.  But I'm tired and get out of breath folding laundry, so maybe I'll just procrastinate a little longer.  I should prolly stop eating these Swedish Fish now.......

Here are a few photos of Walker from when he spent the night with Gramm and Gump this week.  And also a belly shot of me at 26 weeks that my mom made me send her.

Easter 2012

Well, Walker isn't too into Easter egg huntin yet, but he did a little bit.  We went to the church egg hunt Saturday morning and that was his first experience with putting eggs in a basket.  Here are a few photos from that:

We went to Saturday night service at church, and Walkerman looked so handsome!!

Then, the Easter bunny came to see Walker Saturday night and put eggs in the yard for him.  Here are some photos from that:

We also went to Gramm and Gump's Sunday afternoon and hunted eggs, but those photos are on Daddy's camera, so I'll have to get those later.  It was a successful weekend of Easter egg hunting and celebrating the resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ!

Ok....so, now it's really set...

Keatyn it is....Jeffrey and I had to compromise, because he wanted it spelled 'ea' and I wanted a 'y' in it.  So we have both!! I think it looks really feminine and cute so I'm actually happier with it spelled this way anyways. :) Goodness, choosing a child's name is just about the hardest decision there is to make!! It's such a huge responsibility and there's so many things you have to consider!! Nicknames, initials, etc....it's a lot of pressure!

So I'm glad we've agreed and it is set <3 We are still trying to make the final decision on her middle name.  It will most likely be Judy, my maiden name.  I also like my old middle name, Leigh, but Judy is just so much more important to me, so I'm leaning more towards that. Keatyn Judy Peltier.  It makes me happy to think of her having my name as part of her name.

So one big decision has been made, now I need to get on top of another huge one that needs to be made! WHAT am I going to do with her room?!?!?! I have said from the beginning that I wanted it to be red and pink, but now I'm thinking I might like pink and black. For a horrible decision maker, babies are really hard!! I am not that great at making decisions for myself, so then being put in charge of EVERY decision for another little human is really difficult.  Not to mention, every decision seems sOoOoOoO important when it's for a precious little baby!

I had a doctor's appointment last Tuesday and everything was great! Her heartbeat was in the 150s and my blood pressure was great, so good news all around.  I thank God every day for a healthy pregnancy and growing baby. I go back on the 17th for my diabetes testing (yuck) and possibly to get my Rho-gam shot....so not a very fun appointment, but we'll get to hear her little heartbeat again so I can't complain too much!

She is a busy little bee in there, kicking a LOT and making Mommy have to go to the restroom every 20 minutes it seems like. I don't know why my babies just loooove nestling down there right on top of my bladder.  But that's okay, it makes it really easy to feel her moving all the time and I love that.

Here are a few recent pics of my Walkerman...Until next time friends!! XoXo

21 weeks :)

I'm truckin right along....21 weeks! Keyton is kickin around in there, all throughout the day....so exciting :) Walkerman is so much fun right now...not that he's not always fun, but he just lights up my life so much every day, it's amazing. God just gave us the most perfect little angel and I cannot thank Him enough. He is a little chatterbox, copying everything we say, so I have to get onto Jeffrey when he lets a not so nice word slip out every now and then. This morning, in the car, something happened and Jeff said SHOOT and the next thing we hear is W's little voice saying SHOOT!! He's a little parrot! He is big into all his cars and trucks right now and driving them all over the house and he still loves his Lightning McQueen car so much! He doesn't ride him so much as push him all over the house and he is a crazy man..he practically runs pushing it with no regard of anything in his way. He is just 100% precious :) I don't have much news to update, so I am just going to put some recent pictures up of him and a pic of my belly...
